Services/Website Accessibility

An accessible web is a better web.

We help small businesses and organizations make their websites more accessible to all people. Inclusive sites work better for everyone, and that is good for your business and your visitors.

What accessibility means, in practice

Accessible sites work for everyone. That includes your customers.

An accessible site works better with screen readers and keyboards, is easier to see for people with low vision or color blindness, and loads cleanly even on a slow connection or a small phone. Accessibility is not a separate feature. It is just good design done well.

Pillar 01Design

Inclusive by design

Sites built so everyone can see it, use it, understand it, and rely on it, no matter how they access the web.

Pillar 02Review

Audit & remediate

We test against WCAG guidelines, report what we find, and implement the fixes your site needs.

Pillar 03Sustain

Stay accessible as you grow

We will point out the few things to watch for, like vague link text, low contrast, or skipping a heading level, so any changes you make do not undo the work.

01 · Accessible website design

Designed to be navigated and understood by everyone.

Accessible website design means building a site that is easy to navigate and understand, no matter how someone accesses it. That includes screen readers for people who are blind or have low vision, keyboard navigation for people with limited mobility, and clear, well-organized content for people who process information differently.

Good accessible design is not an add-on. It is built in from the start, and it makes the site better for everyone who visits.

See it

Screen readers, captions, descriptive text for images, and enough color contrast to read clearly. If someone cannot see or hear your content, they cannot use it.

Use it

Easy keyboard navigation, buttons and links that are simple to click or tap, and no actions that require split-second timing. People get around the web in a lot of different ways.

Understand it

Plain language, consistent navigation, predictable behavior. The page should not surprise the person reading it.

Rely on it

Content that is built and organized correctly behind the scenes, so tools like screen readers can read it properly.

02 · Accessibility Review

Evaluate your site for accessibility using WCAG guidelines.

Our team reviews your site against WCAG, the standard guidelines used for accessible web design. You get a clear report of what we find, organized by priority and tied to the exact page and element.

You will get more than a list of problems. We walk through the report with you so you understand what it means and what happens next.

03 · Making your site more accessible

We do the work, not just the report.

We walk you through what we found, then put the fixes in place. Many edits are smaller than people expect, and the result is a site that is easier for every visitor to use.

  • Better color contrast and easier-to-read text
  • Properly organized headings and page structure
  • Clear visual cues when you click or tap something
  • Forms that are easy to fill out, with helpful error messages
  • Descriptions for images, so they make sense to everyone
  • Full keyboard navigation, so a mouse is not required
