The Challenge
The company’s website had been in place for roughly 25 years — long enough to predate the digital habits of their own customer base. It served as a basic informational page: hours, phone number, and directions. As buyer expectations shifted and a younger workforce joined the team, that static presence became a competitive liability. The business needed a site that could actively generate leads, not just confirm the company existed.
