Project Overview

Furevergreen Aquamation offers families in Eugene a gentler, more environmentally conscious way to say goodbye to a beloved pet.

The Challenge

Lindsay and Luke McAlister came to us at the earliest stage of their business: no website, no domain, no digital presence of any kind. Aquamation remains unfamiliar to most pet owners, which meant the site needed to do more than market a service — it needed to educate and reassure families navigating a difficult moment. The domain name itself required strategic thought, weighing brand simplicity against search visibility in a niche where terminology matters for discovery.

Outcome

We handled the project end to end: domain strategy and registration, professional email setup, and a full WordPress site built to support both the emotional and operational needs of a new service business. The site walks potential clients through the aquamation process, explains individual versus communal aftercare options, and presents a curated keepsakes section with urn selections and associated pricing. A password-protected order submission form allows clients to complete intake online, with a dropdown menu for urn selection built directly into the form.

The site launched in February 2026 to an immediately enthusiastic response. Lindsay was actively entering orders the evening of launch — a strong early signal that the intake system was working as intended.
