Restoration Training Online
Project Overview
Restoration Training Online helps property restoration contractors build more sustainable, professionally managed businesses — through courses, coaching, and practical tools designed for the trade.

The Challenge
Restoration Training Online (RTO) launched without an existing web presence. Business Mentors had a growing catalog of online courses — covering topics from client retention to business valuation — but no platform to present them cohesively or convert visitors into buyers. Course content was hosted on Teachable, but the brand needed a professional marketing site that could support multiple products, establish credibility with a trade audience, and give the team the tools to manage content independently going forward.
Outcome
We designed and built a custom WordPress site, developing a color palette and typographic system around the RTO logo that the client didn’t yet have formalized brand guidelines for. The site includes individual landing pages for each course in the catalog — Achieving Max Value, Clients for Life, the Performance Review Course, and a series of mini-books — each structured to present course content, social proof, and a clear purchase path through to Teachable.
We integrated Fathom Analytics and Google Analytics for traffic tracking, configured a privacy policy through Termageddon, and built a reusable landing page template with Fluent Forms connected to MailerLite for ongoing marketing campaigns. The team also provided CMS training so the client could publish blog content and manage the site independently after launch. The site went live in June 2024, with the first course sale recorded on launch day.
