Vallero Law
Project Overview
Vallero Law is a plaintiff-side employment and civil rights firm fighting for workers and individuals — led by one of California's most decorated trial attorneys.

The Challenge
Pamela Vallero launched Vallero Law as an independent practice after years as a principal at an established San Diego firm. The new firm had no existing web presence — no domain history, no indexed content, no digital footprint of its own. The site needed to do more than introduce the firm; it had to quickly establish credibility for a solo practitioner with a significant trial record, serve a Spanish-speaking client base, and be built cleanly enough to scale as the firm grew its team and public profile.
Outcome
We designed and built the Vallero Law website from the ground up — including homepage copywriting, a bilingual English/Spanish experience via WPML, and a structure built to grow. The About page was designed to accommodate team members as the firm expanded, and the homepage was organized to highlight Pamela’s presence and credentials directly, with dedicated placement for her photo and for the firm’s accolades.
After launch, we integrated a media section to display Pamela’s television coverage across ABC10 and CBS8, and worked with her to display verdict recognition badges from TopVerdict.com — representing honors including a Top 10 Labor & Employment Verdict in California (2024), the #1 Gender Discrimination Verdict in San Diego County (2023), and multiple national and statewide rankings going back to 2022. The site launched with a Google sitemap submission and post-launch indexing support, establishing a clear search presence for the new firm.
